Given the myriad of demands with which we are faced on a daily basis, the notion of “self-care” can easily be moved to the bottom of our list of priorities. Yet, in reality, how can anyone be his/her best “individual self,” nurture one’s interpersonal relationships with friends & family, and perform efficiently in the workplace/other domains- if one neglects the very core of “self”?
While many traditional approaches have failed to keep pace with society’s changing needs- for example, remaining insistent on adhering to fixed appointment days/times, “Therapy-n-More” was conceptualized as a way to bring services “to you.”
“You” are those that recognize the importance of self-care; that face challenges in your lives- that can be tackled in either healthy or unhealthy ways; that embrace the mind-body connection, and understand the vital link between one’s physical and mental/emotional health; and those who are ready to work toward making positive changes in their lives.
Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. They can be varied with regard to duration and frequency of appointments, depending upon work/school schedules, personal obligations, vacations, etc.
